Santhem Residences // Brochure design

The objective of the brief was to create a luxury lifestyle brochure that showcases how Santhem Residences will improve prospective customers overall sense of well-being in a place they can still call home.

At Santhem Residences they want to enable their home owners to continue doing the things they love, for longer. This will be achieved by creating a lifestyle centred around wellbeing with 5-star services, facilities and activities/events at the village.

I was handed a pre-existing toolkit of colours and typefaces only.
